The Story

Due to overwhelming demand from our customers, we're included traditionally-smoked bacon to the Parker's range! While American bacon comes from the pork belly, British bacon comes from the loin, giving you more juicy meat for your rasher. 

Goes great with eggs, sausage and black pudding to make a great fried breakfast. 
1lb per pack, 10-12 slices per lb.

Ingredients 
Pork loin cured with water, salt, cane sugar, sodium ascorbate, sodium nitrite.

Cooking Instructions

Cook from chilled
Can be pan fried until golden brown on both sides, or broil/grill over a medium heat until golden brown on both sides, or oven back on a tray at 350f for approx 20-25 minutes

There’s bacon—and then there’s proper British back bacon, imported directly from the UK. Ours is wet cured and smoked the traditional way, delivering that unmistakable flavour and texture you simply can’t replicate stateside. Perfect for butties, brekkie, or a proper fry-up.
